I’m 60. Life has been a series of revelations. I hope I never stop learning; even in Heaven.

Never say your kids will never do something because you don’t know what decisions your kids will make as adults. Love them anyway.

Understand that we really don’t care about a candidate’s character. We care more about the letter attached to their name on the ballot. Love those who disagree anyway.

The solution for most health problems is to eat right, exercise daily, and drink lots of water. Prayer covers the remainder. Healing may not come. Love life anyway.

God has a great sense of humor. He gives toddlers more energy than their parents. He also slows down our metabolism down as we age. Love Him anyway.

People make their own rules. They park in fire lanes. Drive too slow or too fast. Refuse to use their own driveways causing traffic jams on the streets. And, they don’t always stand in line. Even when it is required. Love your neighbors anyway.

Some people use fear and hate as a motivator. Love your enemies anyway.

The only Jesus some people will ever see is how Jesus lives through me. Reread that, please. I know. I’m bold. Love me anyway.

“Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling.” 1 John 2:10
