I miss you today. Some days are good days; some days are bad. Today was a sweet day. My memories were fun memories. I remember driving 32 miles across Houston to make it home from work. My trip always included my daily talk with you. It was the year that both of us loved "So You Think You Can Dance" so much.
This was your favorite dance that year. You saw a direct correlation between what you were experiencing and what your husband was enduring. You once told me that suffering is harder on the family than it is on the person battling the disease. You’re my big sister and, like always, you were right.
I had to watch this video one more time before heading to bed tonight. Your work is done. I believe you are dancing in eternity. Dance on, my beautiful sister, dance on!
