There is a right time for every purpose under Heaven.

If you have read any of my past blogs, you may be thinking, "Here we go again." Truthfully, that could be a positive or negative reaction. It depends on who you are and how comfortable you are with gut honesty.  That's one thing about me - I am willing to be gut honest.

I want to tell you about my friend, Nancy.  Nancy and I went to school together and had a very long period of separation. When Facebook came into existence, Nancy and I reconnected. The connection - or reconnection - has been a powerful mixture of joy and unconditional love. Nancy accepts me for who I am. She seems to understand me.

In a recent phone conversation, Nancy said something along the lines of, "I've been thinking. You might want to start blogging again." She said it in passing and I really didn't think about it much until this week. If you know me, you know I process through writing. If you don't know me, you should know I process through writing. Words are powerful. They can be used for good; they can be used for harm.  I'm sorry to say I have used my words to do both - heal and harm. I think, if we are willing to be gut honest, most of us can say the same thing. I do not think I stand alone on the pedestal of both accomplishment and regret.

That’s part of being human. Doing what’s right; doing what’s wrong; and, hopefully, learning along the way.

Please view this blog as my “rebirth.” There is a right time for everything. There was a time to be angry. There was time to grieve. There is a time to heal and wound. There is a time to dance and mourn. I hope my writings help you do what needs to be done in your life at the right time.

I make one promise – I will be honest.
